Important Notice: FatafatMart is currently in its
pre-launch phase. Joining our waitlist or receiving promotional vouchers
gives you priority access upon our official service launch.
1. Account Registration & Mobile Verification

You must provide a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number to register for
our waitlist, save items, or make purchases.

By providing your mobile number, you authorize FatafatMart to send
service updates, transactional alerts, and promotional messages via
SMS or WhatsApp.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account details.
2. Waitlist, Coupons, and Scratch Card Vouchers

Promotional Offers: Launch vouchers (e.g.,
FREE1STDELIVERY) unlocked via scratch cards or waitlist
signups are valid only upon the official platform launch.

Usage Limits: Vouchers are restricted to one use per
unique registered mobile number or household.

Non-Transferable: Coupons cannot be exchanged for
cash, credited to bank accounts, or transferred to third parties.

Modification: FatafatMart reserves the right to
cancel or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
3. E-Commerce & Service Availability

Delivery Zones: Service is restricted to specified
operational coverage regions. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee
immediate delivery availability on launch day if your area is outside
coverage boundaries.

Order Fulfillments: Delivery speed target (12
minutes) is subject to environmental conditions, local road access,
traffic, and inventory availability.

Pricing & Stock: Item prices, discounts, and
inventory status displayed on the platform are subject to change
without notice.
4. Payments

FatafatMart supports Cash on Delivery (COD) and Unified Payments
Interface (UPI) upon order arrival.

Users agree to make full payment for all confirmed orders upon
delivery. Repeated order cancellations upon delivery may lead to
temporary or permanent account suspension.
5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use automated tools or bots to create fake waitlist entries or
manipulate scratch cards.
- Provide false contact details or impersonate another person.

Attempt to interrupt or compromise the technical infrastructure of the
platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
FatafatMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service delays,
or technical errors during pre-launch or live operations.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of
our website or services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
